I strive to offer therapy and counseling that is respectful, engaging, enlivening, and useful. 

I meet clients where they are and help them to grow into where they want to be. Trusting that problems are opportunities for growth and that we all get stuck sometimes, I offer hope, compassion, and practical tools.  

My approach involves helping clients to access self-understanding and self-compassion, so that they may heal both themselves and their relationships. I work holistically, attending to my clients’ body, spirit, relationships, and to societal influences as well as to feelings and thoughts.

I welcome individuals, couples, and families for counseling and therapy.  I offer reasonable rates and weekday and evening appointments.
